Talk - What is this section all about?

This section can be regarded as the actual continuation of The Cover. Here people can present their opinions about scene-related topics of their choice. Discussions are supposed to be lead in this sections, as well as small essays.

This section shall become one of the largest sections in Hugi. Currently it's a bit small, for my taste, but that doesn't mean that you cannot find some interesting topics. Basically, this issue's Talk section deals with making diskmags, charts in diskmags and the future of the scene. Quite a few articles were taken from the scene.de mailinglist, ran by a good friend of ours, [mc] of NoLogic. Thanks to him for allowing us to use the messages.

By the way: If you want to subscribe to scene.de, simply send a mail with the subject "subscribe scene" to listserv@oi.handshake.de. Don't forget that German is spoken in this list. For English translations you have to read Hugi.
